1. What a social sign-in gives us

When you sign in or link an account with Google, Facebook (Meta), Microsoft or Apple, we receive only the identifiers the provider shares for sign-in: your provider user id, your e-mail address and display name. We never receive your password and we do not post on your behalf. Instagram accounts sign in through Facebook Login; WhatsApp is not used for sign-in.

2. Unlink a provider (keep your tcgcollector.app account)

  1. Sign in, open Account → Connected accounts → Manage connected accounts.
  2. Under Connected services, click Disconnect next to the provider.

The provider identifier is removed immediately. Your account, collection, listings and orders stay. You can also remove the app on the provider's side (for Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → tcgcollector.app → Remove); that revokes our access but does not delete your tcgcollector.app account.

3. Delete your account and data

Send a request from the e-mail address on your account to info@tcgcollector.app with the subject "Delete my account", or use the contact form on the site. We confirm within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12 and 17).

We then delete or anonymise:

  • your account, profile, connected sign-in identifiers and settings;
  • your collections, wishlists and history;
  • your listings that are not part of a completed order.

We keep, for the statutory period only, what the law obliges us to keep: invoices and payment records of completed orders (Belgian accounting and tax retention), dispute evidence for the retention stated in the Privacy Policy, and fraud-prevention records where a legitimate interest applies. These are kept restricted and are not used for anything else.

4. Data held by the provider

Deleting your tcgcollector.app account does not delete your Google, Meta, Microsoft or Apple account or the data those providers hold. Use their own tools for that.
